Lambpick is operated by Sejong IT Inc. ("we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Use apply to lambpick.com and its reflection, prayer, bookmark, wallet and collection features. By creating an account or using Lambpick, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Reflections and AI-generated content
Lambpick offers Scripture-based reflections, prayer guides and verse bookmarks for personal reflection. Some text and illustrations are generated with artificial intelligence. AI content may contain mistakes, incomplete information or interpretations you disagree with. Check Scripture quotations and important factual claims before relying on them.
Our content is not divine revelation, fortune-telling or a prediction of your future. It is not a substitute for pastoral care or professional medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice. Lambpick is not an emergency service, and submissions are not monitored for urgent assistance.
3. Your account
Lambpick is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have any parent or guardian permission required by law.
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for content you submit and for ensuring you have permission to share information about others. You may request account closure by emailing us from your registered email address.
4. Leaves, Wool and your collection
Leaves are credits used for paid guides and verse draws. Wool is used to draw collectible lambs and may be included as a bundle bonus or earned through free features. The daily reflection is available once per UTC calendar day and awards 1 Wool on completion. The required credits and bundle contents are displayed before purchase or use.
Lamb draws are random, duplicates are possible, and the displayed odds apply. Leaves, Wool and lambs are digital features for use within Lambpick. They are not cash or investments, cannot be transferred or resold, and cannot be exchanged for money except under our refund policy or where required by law.
5. Purchases and delivery
Credit bundles are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The price, currency and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Current bundles are priced in US dollars; your bank may charge currency conversion or other fees. Stripe processes payment at checkout, and credits are added after payment is confirmed.
If a payment succeeds but credits or purchased content do not arrive, contact us with your receipt or order reference before paying again. Where a retry is available, you can resume the same content order without another Leaf charge. Price changes do not change a purchase already completed.
6. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the Leaves or bonus Wool supplied by that bundle has been used. Using either makes the bundle ineligible for this voluntary refund. Contact support@lambpick.com using your account email and include the order or receipt reference; do not send card numbers. We check the purchase and usage records before processing. An approved full refund removes all Leaves and bonus Wool supplied by that bundle. The payment is returned through the original payment method; your payment provider determines posting time. Duplicate charges and paid content that cannot be provided are reviewed separately for correction, replacement or an appropriate refund. These rules do not limit mandatory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights under applicable law.
7. Your content and permitted use
You retain the rights you have in the stories and other content you submit. You give us permission to process, store and display that content only as needed to provide the features you request, including generating results and sharing them when you choose. This does not transfer ownership of your stories to us.
You may read, save and share your results for personal use through the available features. AI outputs may be similar to other outputs and are not guaranteed to carry exclusive intellectual-property rights. Lambpick branding, software, artwork and third-party material remain protected by their respective owners’ rights. Do not sell or redistribute the service or use our branding to imply endorsement without permission.
8. Sharing and external links
A share link allows anyone who receives it to view the selected content. Check the result for personal details before sharing. Copies saved by others may remain even after a supported share link is disabled.
References and links to other websites are provided for context. We do not control those websites or endorse every statement they contain. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use Lambpick to break the law, infringe others’ rights, impersonate someone, distribute malicious code or attempt unauthorized access. Do not evade payment or daily limits, manipulate rewards, create accounts to exploit promotions, or submit false refund claims. Automated activity that disrupts the service or accesses other users’ information is prohibited.
10. Service changes and account restrictions
We may update features or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, security or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We may restrict or close an account where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risks or a material breach of these terms. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the restriction and give you a way to contact us.
Closing an account does not automatically refund purchases or remove records we must lawfully retain. Refund requests and deletion requests are handled under the policies described here. Service changes or closure do not remove any refund or other rights you have under applicable law.
11. Responsibility and your legal rights
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content or a particular spiritual, emotional or practical outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. This does not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
If you have a complaint, contact support@lambpick.com so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive your right to seek remedies available under applicable law.
12. Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice of material changes through the service or your account email, as appropriate. We will request renewed agreement where required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to completed purchases.
