Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

1. About this policy

Sejong IT Inc. operates Lambpick. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use Lambpick, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. Contact support@lambpick.com with privacy questions or requests.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile: your email address, sign-in identifier, profile answers, optional name or nickname, language preferences and consent records. If you sign in with Google, we receive the account information needed to identify you.

Content and activity: the stories and answers you submit; generated reflections, prayers, illustrations and bookmarks; saved history, shared results, collected lambs and Leaf and Wool activity.

Purchases and support: order references, purchased bundles, amounts, currency, payment and refund status, transaction identifiers and messages you send to support. Card details are collected by Stripe; Lambpick does not store full card numbers.

Technical information: information needed to operate and protect the service, such as IP address, device and browser information, session data and request logs. Optional analytics are described below.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and secure your account, personalize and deliver requested content, save your history and collection, enable sharing, process purchases and refunds, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. When you allow analytics, we also use visit information to understand and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Your stories and reflections are not used as advertising content.

4. Personal stories and AI

Your stories and profile answers may reveal sensitive information, including religious beliefs, health or relationships. Share only information you want us to process, and avoid unnecessary identifying details about yourself or others.

To create personalized content, we send relevant stories, answers and profile context to OpenAI. For features that use earlier conversations, relevant parts of your saved history may also be included. Image generation uses descriptions based on your content. Research features may use generalized topics drawn from your concern to find relevant public sources. Your results are saved so you can return to them.

OpenAI states that the data we send for generation is not used to train its models by default. It may retain information for service security, abuse prevention or legal requirements under its data policies. You can request deletion or withdraw consent by contacting us; withdrawing information needed for a personalized feature may prevent us from providing that feature.

5. Service providers and other disclosures

We use service providers to operate Lambpick. They receive information relevant to the work they perform:

Supabase — account sign-in and storage of account and service records. Cloudflare — website hosting, security and storage of generated media. OpenAI — generation of personalized text and images, and related research. Stripe — payments and refunds. We send order and transaction details, not your story text. Google — sign-in when you choose it, and Analytics when you allow it. Resend — delivery and storage of customer-support emails.

We may also disclose information when legally required, to address fraud or security threats, or to protect legal rights. If the business is transferred, information may transfer with it, subject to applicable privacy obligations and any required notice. Links to providers’ privacy information appear below.

6. International processing

Your information may be stored or processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those where you live, and courts or public authorities may have lawful access to information. We remain responsible for the information we handle and use safeguards appropriate to the services and applicable law.

7. Content you choose to share

When you create a reading share link, anyone with the link can view the selected result without signing in. A result may include your displayed name, selected answers or details from your story. Collection links show the lambs selected for sharing. Review the content before sharing.

Supported reading links can be disabled, but we cannot remove screenshots, downloads or other copies someone has already made. Keeping a page out of search results does not make a shared link private.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, protect the service and remember settings or drafts. Blocking these technologies may affect those functions.

Google Analytics is optional and starts only after you select Allow. Declining does not prevent signup or use. Analytics receives general page-visit and technical information, not the stories, answers, reflection text, email addresses or account identifiers we hold. Advertising personalization is disabled.

Use Analytics preferences below to change your choice at any time. The choice applies to this browser. Turning analytics off stops future collection here; it does not automatically delete information already collected. Contact us for a request concerning existing information.

9. How long we keep information

We keep account information, stories and results while your account is active so you can use your saved history. To delete content or close your account, email support@lambpick.com from your registered email address. After verifying your identity, we remove the requested account content from active storage within 30 days, subject to applicable legal requirements.

We may retain limited records where needed for accounting, legal obligations, disputes or security. Backup copies may remain until they are replaced through the backup cycle and are not used as ordinary account history. Signing out or clearing your browser does not delete information stored with your account.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

You can update your profile, control optional analytics and contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may also have rights to a copy of your information, to withdraw consent, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

Send requests to support@lambpick.com. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity or an authorized representative’s authority. Do not send passwords or card numbers. We respond within the periods required by applicable law and explain any lawful refusal or extension. If you disagree with our response, you can ask us to reconsider and contact the relevant privacy regulator. We do not penalize you for exercising rights; some features may no longer work if you withdraw information needed to provide them.

11. Protecting information

We use sign-in controls, restricted access and encrypted connections to help protect personal information. No online service can guarantee complete security. Protect access to your email and devices, and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised. We will handle security incidents and provide notifications as required by applicable law.

12. Children’s privacy

Lambpick is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate. Older minors should use the service with any parent or guardian permission required by applicable law.

13. Changes and contact

We update this policy when our practices change and show the latest revision date above. For material changes, we provide additional notice through the service or your account email as appropriate, and obtain consent where required.

Privacy questions and requests: Sejong IT Inc., support@lambpick.com.

Analytics preferences

You can use Lambpick without enabling analytics. This preference applies to this browser and can be turned off at any time. Your stories and reflections are not collected.
